When you create a While account, we collect your name, email address, and store details. When your customers place orders, we store their name, email, phone number, and delivery address on your behalf.

We use your information to run your store — processing orders, sending email notifications (like OTPs), and displaying your storefront. We don't sell your data or your customers' data to anyone. Ever.

We don't process payments directly. Payments go through Razorpay, which has its own privacy policy. We never see or store card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank credentials.

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. No tracking cookies, no ad pixels, no third-party analytics that follow you around the internet.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS everywhere). We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days.

You can export your data, update your information, or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. If you need help, email us at support@whilecommerce.com.
