Terms of Service

While Commerce provides a hosted online store platform. You sign up, create a store, add products, and share your store link with customers. We handle the hosting, the storefront, and the dashboard.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One account per store. Don't share your account with others. If you suspect unauthorized access, let us know immediately.

You can sell physical goods that are legal in India. You cannot use While to sell illegal items, counterfeit goods, or anything that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend stores that violate this.

Free plans are free forever with the stated order limits. Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard — no lock-in, no cancellation fees. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You own your product photos, descriptions, and store content. By uploading them, you give us permission to display them on your storefront. If you delete your account, we remove your content within 30 days.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for lost sales due to downtime, though we'll always work to resolve issues quickly.

While Commerce is provided “as is.” We're not responsible for disputes between you and your customers, payment processing issues handled by Razorpay, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email for significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
